Using the website with care
The website is provided for customers, trade buyers and general visitors who want information about snap menu frames, wall menu boards, A-frame menu stands, printing sizes and related services. You may browse the site for lawful purposes only and must not interfere with its security, change its content, or use it in a way that places other users or systems at risk.
Any form of scraping, automated copying, data mining or unauthorised extraction of content is prohibited unless we have given written permission. You must not send false enquiries, misuse our contact form, or pretend to act for another person or business without authority.
- Use the site only for lawful enquiries and orders.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer or alter site content.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to secure systems.
Product information and print details
Product descriptions, print sizes, menu templates, finishing notes and courier details are provided to help you make informed choices. Snap frame profiles, anti-glare covers, wall mount options, window mounting, chalkboards and A-frame stands may be described in general terms, and some details can vary by job, material or finish.
We try to keep product information current, but measurements, compatibility and printed results can differ if artwork, substrates or installation conditions change. You remain responsible for checking that the size, orientation and format suit your menu boards and printed inserts before placing an order.
- A4 and A3 formats are commonly used for insert menus and notices.
- Printed colour can shift slightly between screen and paper.
- Outdoor use may call for extra care on mounting and finish.
Artwork, proofs and customer approvals
When you supply artwork, text or images for menu printing, menu resizing, typesetting or proofing, you confirm that you have the right to use that material. You are responsible for checking spelling, prices, contact details and layout before giving approval for print.
If you approve a proof, you accept the content as final for production. Changes after approval may affect cost, finishing or dispatch planning. We are not responsible for errors contained in approved artwork, supplied logos or text provided by third parties.
- Check names, pricing, VAT treatment and opening hours carefully.
- Confirm the final size before approving a short run print.
- Review folds, margins, crop marks and bleed where relevant.
Orders, payment and production handling
Orders are placed through the website process or through our contact form where a project requires a custom brief. A quotation or order summary may reflect menu templates, laminated menu prints, poster insert printing, courier packaging and other selected services. Until payment or written acceptance is received, no order is binding on us.
We may decline or pause an order where instructions are unclear, artwork is unsuitable, payment is incomplete, or the requested job conflicts with legal or production requirements. Special handling may be needed for window-mounted frames, oversized inserts or fragile finishes.
- Prices shown, if any, are subject to confirmation on the final brief.
- Proofing and changes may affect production steps.
- Unclear instructions can delay a job or require a revised quote.
Courier delivery across South Africa
We arrange courier delivery to addresses across South Africa, including Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Johannesburg, Durban, Gqeberha, Milnerton, Bellville and Paarl. Delivery timing depends on the destination, packaging requirements, product type and courier conditions outside our control.
Risk in the goods may pass when the order is handed to the courier or otherwise delivered in line with the agreed shipping method. You should inspect packaging on receipt and report visible damage through the process set out in your order documents.
- Courier packaging is prepared for framed items, inserts and printed menus.
- Incorrect delivery details can cause extra costs.
- Large or fragile items may need special packing.
Liability limits, copyright and contact route
To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption or damage caused by misuse of the site, inaccurate supplied content, or installation choices made outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit.
