Send the right details with your enquiry
Use the enquiry form on this page and include the menu size, quantity, mounting method and where the pieces will be used. A note on whether you need wall, window or freestanding units helps us set out the right frame type, and a clear photo can help when the layout is already in place.
- A4 or A3 snap frames for daily menu swaps
- Wall menu boards for indoor service areas
- A-frame stands for pavement and entrance displays
- Chalkboard and poster insert options for changing specials
What we make in Paarden Eiland
Our Paarden Eiland shop handles snap menu frames, menu boards and A-frame menu stands for restaurants, cafes, bars and takeaway counters. The range includes aluminium profiles, anti-glare covers, wall mounting kits and window-mounted options, so the final unit suits the room and the foot traffic around it.
Menu printing can be set up in practical sizes such as A4 and A3, with resizing, typesetting and proofing where the artwork needs attention. If you are updating an old board or shifting to a tighter format, we can keep the layout readable and balanced, not crowded.
Places we work with across South Africa
We serve Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Johannesburg, Durban and Gqeberha, with courier delivery arranged nationwide. Around the Cape we also work with Milnerton, Bellville and Paarl, where cafes and takeaway counters often need durable menu displays that can cope with regular handling and coastal humidity.
- Cape Town and surrounds
- Stellenbosch and the winelands
- Johannesburg and surrounding business districts
- Durban and the coastal hospitality trade
- Gqeberha plus wider Eastern Cape routes
Artwork, proofing and print finishing
If your menu content is already set, send the text, dimensions and any cropped images through our contact form. If the layout still needs work, we can handle menu updates, colour matching, laminated menu prints and poster insert printing, then finish the job for the frame size you have chosen.
That part matters when a board must sit under bright lighting or near a window, because glare and weak colour both make text harder to read. A clean proof is worth sorting before the print run starts.
Courier packing for frames and inserts
Frames and printed inserts need different packing. Aluminium profiles and covers travel best when corners are protected, while printed sheets and laminated menus must stay flat and free from scuffs. We prepare courier packaging with that in mind, especially for jobs heading to other provinces.
- Protective wrapping for frame corners and edges
- Flat packing for inserts and laminated menus
- Clear separation of frame hardware and printed sheets
- Labelling for mixed-size orders and repeat locations
Who handles the work here
Marius Mlambo leads the business from Paarden Eiland, with Anele Zondo overseeing production and Liam Mkhabela coordinating print. Bianca Ebrahim handles sales, Thabo Kajee leads installations and Zanele Wessels supports customer queries through our contact form. The team knows what a busy service counter needs, and what a menu board has to survive in daily use.
If you are planning a new set of menu frames or changing an existing board, include the sizes, quantities and delivery area in your note. That gives us enough to match the frame, print and finish to the job without guesswork.
